Map Management

Management of Digital/Analog Terminals: Includes the management of mobile transceivers, handheld transceivers, and handheld devices for connecting radio communication, as follows.
◾ Set hierarchical access permissions.
◾Search terminals from the contact list.
◾Enable or disable GPS location reporting of terminals.
◾Listen to ambient sound from terminals without notification.
◾ Send messages to offline terminals, which will receive them upon reconnecting online.
◾Search and track positions on the map, with the ability to communicate or send messages to specific or group terminals instantly.
◾Automatically display location on the map when the terminal presses the emergency button.
◾Notify entry or exit from designated operational areas on the map.
◾Provide electronic maps of Thailand covering 77 provinces.
◾Support map file formats from Google Online/Offline and other formats, including existing customer or agency file formats.

MDM : Mobile Device Management

Used for managing handheld radio transceivers, both digital/analog in the VHF 136-174 MHz band, and handheld devices for connecting digital/analog radio communication through 3G/4G/5G or WIFI networks.

The network management system is designed to support Client/Server usage.

Network Device Management

Manage all repeater radio transceivers under central and regional control in each area.

Parameter Configuration

Easily configure parameters for Base Station, Gateway, Central Node Switch, and Dispatcher Server. Additionally, read and set repeater transceiver parameters such as transmission power, active channels, and channel frequencies through the network.

Real-Time Data Display

Shows information about voltage, temperature, transmission power, Voltage Standing Wave Ratio (VSWR), RSSI, and slot uptime rate of repeater transceivers.

Activity and Statistics Logging

Records registration logs and stores all system activity logs. Generates statistics on the usage data of repeater transceivers.

User-Friendly Design

Displays network topology and the connection status of repeater transceivers.Easy to understand and use.Allows monitoring of the status of all repeater stations in the system via IP network.

Notification System

If a repeater transceiver malfunctions, the system provides notifications and sends alerts to specified email addresses.

Account Management

Manage user accounts, including subscriber management, user roles, NMS account settings, and Dispatcher account settings.

Device Management

Supports OTAP (Over-The-Air Programming) through the Network Management System (NMS) for tasks such as updating device names and organizing groups.

Security System

The network management system includes built-in anti-virus software (Bitdefender TOTAL SECURITY) for enhanced protection.

POC (Push to Talk Over Cellular) System

Manage voice, video, mapping, and data communications with Client/Server architecture. Central server redundancy ensures continuous service. Key features:

Recording System

Voice Recording System:

Records call content and data, identifies caller and recipient through file names, and stores all call recordings on the server for review and playback.

Call Data Recording System:

Records call data, messages, emergency statuses, and activities/events of all client radios. Allows export of data as reports.

Notification System:

Alerts for entry/exit of designated areas and supports real-time and historical tracking of client radios on the map.

Redundancy Operation:

The server system operates with redundancy to ensure continuous service.
